Hot 90: 

A 90 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises preformed twice at approx. 105ºF and 30% humidity. This class is both vigorous and rejuvenating. It is an ideal class for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. 


Hot 75:

A 75 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises preformed at approximately 105ºF and 30% humidity. Similar to the Hot 60 series, except the standing series is performed twice and the floor series only once. This class is open to all levels.


Hot 60: 

A 60 minute series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises preformed once at approximately 105ºF and 30% humidity. This class maintains the body when time is limited. This class is open to all levels.


Yoga Sculpt

Our most popular class! Yoga Sculpt combines sun salutations and yoga poses along with free weights and cardio. This high-energy class is a great way to cross-train your typical yoga practice.


Band and Roller

High energy! Resistance bands are used to create a class that first warms and strengthens the body, followed by stretching and massaging muscles using a foam roller. Bursts of cardio included for a great, well-rounded workout!


Barre Sculpt

Sculpt long, lean muscles while using techniques from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This dynamic workout includes great music and bursts of cardio.


Boot Camp

Time to change it up! Cone in and change up the normal routine. This class will offer you a high energy workout. Cross training can do wonders for your practice (and fun too!)


Power Yoga

An all levels flow style yoga. Movement with breath creates heat in the body as well as calms the mind. Heat set at 98*F.


Intermediate Power Yoga

A chance to take your practice to the next level. Expect to explore arm-balances and inversions after a solid flow sequences to make sure your body is warm and prepared for the challenge. Modifications and stepping stones will be provided, no previous arm-balances/inversion experience required.


Matt Fusion

A change to your regular routine! This class fuses sculpting and cardio through traditional fitness.


Vinyasa

Vinyasa is an all-levels class based on the flow of one movement to the next while focusing on the breath.  Each class is unique with each instructor offering his or her own style. Hot Vinyasa classes are held in the hot studio at approximately 95*.


Yin Yoga

A balance to high energy Yang classes, Yin yoga focuses on the ligaments primarily between the navel and knees. You will experience five to ten poses in a cool room. A slow pace makes this an ideal class for beginners and active yogis.


Gentle Flow

Take time to unwind and care for your hard working body. This class gives you a chance to stretch out of your tight spots and move, but in a way that nurtures and rejuvenates your body. This is a great class for beginners!


Hatha

A traditional practice that is based on performing one pose at a time.  Hatha gives students the opportunity to break down and explore beginner to advanced yoga poses.


Intro to Ashtanga

This class gives students a chance to dip their toes into the world of Ashtanga Yoga.  Ashtanga Yoga is a challenging series of fast-paced movements that is completed in approximately 90 minutes.  Although the series is not completed in entirety during class, it introduces the poses as well as builds efficiency with each class.


Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga gives you a chance to nurture, strengthen, and stretch your body as it is busy growing your precious cargo.  Learn how to safely move your body through poses with appropriate modifications taken to keep yourself comfortable and your baby safe.  Connect with other moms-to-be in a safe, open environment.


This class is open to all levels and done in a room with a comfortable temperature of approximately 85*.  Bring a mat, towel, water and wear comfortable clothing.


Yoga for Two

Yoga for Two is designed for new moms or caregivers to bond with your baby through touch, sight, sound, and movement.  Incorporate your baby into your practice as well as take some time to massage and nurture them.  Join a supportive community of new moms – essential during the postpartum period!


This class is great for new moms who have received permission from their doctor to exercise and babies 6 weeks to crawling.


This is an open class where feeding and changing diapers is totally welcomed.  Please bring a baby blanket to lay your baby on, as well as any toys that keep them comfortable.  Room will be a warm room temperature for comfort.
